Karma is a b*tch and Mignini will pay for what he has done in destroying innocent people's lives...in this life or the next, and reap the backlash of his actions.

Organic, to me it looks like two overlapping pendants ... one could be a dove.
Sometimes souls incarnate to uncover abuses … to create a global wave of justice and compassion.
It was a heart-softening experience.

And the wave is going to grow: Van Sant asked, "Does Amanda understand that her story grabbed the attention of the entire world, that literally millions of people came to care for her?

I believe Amanda is part and parcel of the shift which is occurring. She will go on to make a difference and her difference will be instrumental in tipping the scales of consciousness worldwide. Nothing happens by accident. She went through what she went through, albeit a horrible ordeal, and I believe that hellish experience has made her stronger and people will see her for who she is...Amanda means 'beloved'. ![]()

I've been pondering for some time why the Amanda Knox saga has had such sustained global appeal. Why did so many people from all over the world, differing life style's, etc identify with her? I keep playing with the idea that it's some sort of archetypical modern fairy tale. Little Red Riding Hood stuck in the court room forest and defeating the Big Bad Wolf prosecutor? Or perhaps it's just one more example of our moving away from duality toward unity.
Or perhaps it's part of the rolling global revolution- the Arab Spring, European Summer and now American Autumn - as the 99% globally continue to rise up against oppressive institutions of dominance. And one area of oppression is the world's "justice" system that is widely seen as unfair and just another purchased commodity.

Also a nice coincidence in the fact that the last crucial days of appealing “happen to happen” during the auspicious nine-nights of Navaratri festival, when the female aspect of the universe in the form of Durga is being invoked and victory over the dark forces celebrated on the last day: The moment when she won her appeal.

I think Amanda is the embodiment of 'the world's "justice" system that is widely seen as unfair'. People have had enough of corruption at all its levels and that includes the courtroom.. Go back and look at Surya's pictures she posted of Amanda's reaction. She has been to hell and back again and yet no animosity, no hatred. This is a remarkable young lady who we can all learn something from. Now look at the prosecutor's reaction. Talk about opposite ends of the spectrum. It was refreshing to see this and gives us hope in overcoming oppression in all its varied ways. ![]()

That is an absolutely astounding quote from an FBI agent. Simply amazing. Can't you just feel the global unity? "Cosmos" comes from the Greek word "Kosmos", meaning "order". It looks to me like we are indeed getting our New World Cosmic/Order, just not quite the "New World Order" the dualist controllers had in mind. "They" envisioned the dualist framework of a global control order of the remaining 500 million slaves. But what we can see emerging is a global unity driven by the "99 percent" employing all the tools of "love" - caring, sharing, talking, kindness, truth, honor, joy, peace, non-violence, faith, nurturing, teaching, giving, unity, freedom, enriching, healing.
Compare that with the tools available to the 1% operating from "fear" - hate, anger, lies, control, wars, brutality, greed, taking, killing, stealing, anxiety, divide & conquer, imprisoning, closing, disease.
It's frequently been said at any given point in time we can choose to react with "fear" or "love"; choose "love". I am now able to "see" what those choices look like. It is easy to see why the Light will win.

For the past several years, Frank Sfarzo has covered every hearing of the trial on his blog ("Perugia Shock") which he created in 2007 just days after the murder. The blog became widely read around the world … it was the only Italian blog written in English.

In his last piece he is crossing over the barrier between life and death … "channeling" the spirit of Meredith. Quite a bold move:

Meredith Kercher, left us on November 1 2007
Sorry I couldn’t take your calls, father. Sorry I couldn’t answer your message, sister. I was dead.
I was on the floor, I was cold. More and more cold.
I’ve been waiting in the dark, in the cold, in solitude. One long night, one long morning. But nobody was coming, nobody was doing anything.
Then she noticed my door was locked. She called everyone, so that I could be discovered, finally.
But they said she gave the alarm after the police arrived. It wasn’t true, you know now.
Why did they lie, father? Did you ask them? Why did they want you to hate the wrong persons? Why did they want to ruin you too? Have they been using us, dad, for their career? Have they been using you? Have they been using me and my death?
Sister, I wanted to show you all the pictures and videos I took. I kept them in my computer for you to see. Father, I wanted you to read my research, it was in my computer. Mother, I wanted you too to read my writings and to see my pictures.
But they burned my computer. They didn’t tell you who did it, they didn’t repay you, they didn’t even apologize.
There was all my life in that computer, it should belong to you now. But father, mother, sister, brothers, you didn’t get anything, because they burned it. They destroyed everything I was leaving to you.
Father, are you asking them damages, at least now, that they abandoned you, after that they made you spend all your money?
Mother, it was so simple. But they wanted to blame my girl friend. Why did they do it, mum? Why did they have to ruin her life too? Why did they have to deceive you?
Why did they lie about the call? Why did they lie about the shoe-prints, about the sweatshirt? Why did they say that she had burned the computers? Why did they destroy so much evidence?
Brother, they showed me naked and butchered in front of everyone. Did you ask them why they did it?
Brother, the signature of my murderer is on the pillow. It just needs to be tested. But they didn’t. Did you ask them why?
Father, why you want to be fooled? So many people inquire about my death, and you? Don’t you want to know? Do you just want to blame my girl friend? Then you complain that she gets famous and rich.
Did you ask them why they pretended not to see the stain on that pillow, why did then they refuse to test it? Ask tomorrow, father, to test that stain, and you will know who killed me.

Amanda's complete appeal speech: Giving the speech of her life, while defending herself at the appeal court in Perugia on Oct 3rd. 2011.
Very moving ... and powerful.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5VCAQabp … r_embedded
"Beautiful, simple plea for her life. And the evidence, (specifically the LACK of evidence), made it all the more compelling. The truth finally did set her and Raffaele free."
New Book: "Finding Justice in Perugia" is a follow-up to Injustice in Perugia, detailing the wrongful conviction.
Amanda and Raffaele were trapped in a nightmare for 1427 days. During that time a movie was made, books were written, Wikipedia went haywire, online blog wars raged on, journalists were harassed, a rogue prosecutor remained on the job, an Anti-Knox hate group was formed, a grass roots effort became a force to reckon with, a retired FBI Agent raised eyebrows, even Italian politicians chimed in, all while Amanda and Raffaele sat in a prison cell never losing faith that their nightmare would eventually end.

1427 days is a heck of a long time for anyone to be rotting in jail, let alone two innocent people. What boggles my mind is the definitive lack of evidence from the get go. No doubt it was through sheer corruption that Amanda and Raffaele served time. Me thinks that divine intervention had a hand in the ultimate release of them. Otherwise, they'd both still be rotting in jail. I don't like to see human life taken. That also includes the squandering of human life while rotting in a jail cell. Me think there's a whole lot of karma that will come full circle for the guilty parties. God help those people. They will need it. ![]()

Amanda has signed on with a Washington D.C.-based attorney Robert Barnett to represent her in talks with publishers and is expected to write a book about her experiences with the Italian justice system. ![]()

The Associated Press: “Knox family spokesman Dave Marriott says Robert Barnett will represent Knox in discussions with publishers and help her evaluate other opportunities. Barnett has represented the literary interests of U.S. Presidents Barack Obama, Bill Clinton and George W. Bush, as well as former British Prime Minister Tony Blair and former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin.”

From the Injustice in Perugia Forum (posted Feb 02, 2012).
I think it is time to lay it on the line:
My name and address are as follows:
Peter Hoemberg
1483 Honeysuckle Place
North Saanich, BC
Canada
hoemberg@gmail.com
(604) 665-6110
I think it is time to challenge the dishonest prosecution and continuing calunnia charges being prosecuted by the morally corrupt prosecutors and police in Perugia. I include all associated agencies and persons, including the Polizia Scientifica and it's senior staff involved in the case.
The authorities in Perugia associated with the prosecution of Amanda Knox and Raffaele Sollecito have proven themselves to be dishonest and unwilling to respect the judicial system of Italy. It is doing great damage to Italy, a country that I have visited and admired. This must stop. Italy has given our culture too much to be written off.
I invite you to join me. They cannot sue us all.
Peter Hoemberg
I challenge everyone who believes in justice to follow me. If enough of us do it, they cannot prosecute us all.
