Sorry, can't agree that these are "Starships" of any kind. They're Chinese Lanterns travelling on the wind and, quite frankly, the bloody things should be banned, especially at this time of year when there are dry thatched roofs and ripening crops of wheat and barley just waiting to catch fire when these things occasionally fall out of the sky before they are fully extinguished. You can see one that does go out in the video and it immediately starts to descend as the supply of hot air dries up. Sorry to be an old misery guts...  I can assure you I'll be amongst the first to acknowledge and applaud a "Starship" when I see something that is recognisable as such. One suspects they are a little more than 18 inches across and probably significantly higher than these mini hot-air balloons.
