Communication with Helena, Commander of Starship Capricorn 11/23/09

Communication with Helena, Commander of Starship Capricorn.
Welcoming Helena. I am just a couple of minutes early.  I am
ready when you are.

Helena:  Good morning.  Thank you for being ready for my message
at the appointed time.  You are soon to be properly funded, then
you can get back into full operation in your laboratory.  That
will be very pleasing to us for we can then send two of our crew
to help you in the further development of your new-energy
technology.  As you have been told, your new-energy technology
taps into the vast energy of space just as we do here aboard this
mighty starship.

There is much good that will come when we are allowed to freely
come-and-go over North America (our assigned territory) with our
shuttles.  There needs to be a demonstration that we come in
peace and that we have technology that can help replace the
burning of fossil fuels.  It is very important to Mother Earth to
have this technology replace the burning of fossil fuels.  If
this change is not soon forthcoming, there will be many persons
who will suffer from the lack of oxygen when they breathe.  Then
they will have to adopt medical equipment that helps them in
their breathing.  We do not want that to happen and it needn't
happen.  We have the technology that will greatly help in
providing electrical energy without pollution.  You and your
staff are well aware of this fact.  I am pleased that you are
already doing your best to further develop and commercialize the
tapping of space energy to produce electrical energy.  That is my
message for you this morning.  Do you have any  questions or
comments for me?

Lavar:  Thank you dear Helena.  I am blessed to be able to have
these conversations with you.  I shall call on you tomorrow.
