Why is every message basically the same from day to day and month to month ?

The messages are on autopilot which means "a cognitive state in which you act without self-awareness"...hence the repetition.

A) Nothing has really changed since the beginning of these messages
B) Lavar himself says he has a great diffilculty with telepathy, needing a great focus just to receive the message. So focused that he cannot or rarely remembers how to ask any questions other than the basic. The only times he gets a message other than usual is when either Helena chooses so, or something else is disrupting this focus, such as his concern about his health for example, or the great fires is California.
Personally I think there is a lot of blockage due to subconscious indoctrination (telepathy doesnt exist). We all have this latter problem. And our "monkey-minds" are another great blockage for any of us to receive (hence Lavar needing the great focus).
Incidentally "The Group" channeled by S. Rother in todays monthly message said that our pineal glands are about to be awakend 'soon' in all of us, with the effect that we will all be fully telepathic. How soon is soon ... well, I am guessing this will be in the near future 
, that is to say sooner than most might expect, but longer than most peoples patience.
