of course it was MORE than JUST the Congressional Gag Order. I may not have realised that when I first learned about the Act in 2002-ish, but I damn sure know it now...it was the whole secrecy and DENIAL surrounding:

-government interaction with non-Earth originating intelligences
-Allied treason and collusion with Nazis during the second world war.

it was all THAT that the Bush Administration had to deny. they are sitting on a gold mine: in other words -- total disclosure could be the thing that  ENDS this massive global economic downturn. OBVIOUSLY the NWO don't want that to end.  They WANT the economic downturn, so that they may rule as tyrants over the global civil disorder.

Roll out heavier armed cops. Make life in general more jail-like for everybody.Manipulate it with the deep underground Shadow Government, and if they can deceive enough people --make it look like Barack Obama is doing it that way, while DICK CHENEY REMAINS IN POWER as he has been, it is told, through the past seven presidencies...

Free Energy, as Dr. Greer of the Disclosure Project points out could BANKRUPT OPEC and make life a lot better for the majority of humans, really fast. It might put Mr.Halliburton in the poorhouse, it might force some of those mullahs to sell their diamond-encrusted Fords...uh, "Good."

But they are stonewalling, and meanwhile...
the power struggle in the NESARA movement has made people who may have been true believers in 2003, I believe, give up and even cease to believe in things they might have believed in before.

It just has to happen.  We can see what sort of male specimens represent the New World Order:militarist chauvinist "pigs"...the sort of people who despised the idea of feminism and the Equal Rights Amendment and worked and planned and decieved and hazed to undermine it and marginalize it.  It worked -- and those are the same mentalities that represent the so called "Illuminati.."  to break it to you gently, the Illuminati and the New World Order ARE THE SAME PEOPLE. Yes, they DO worship Satan.  Yes, they DO thrive on human misery. Yes, they do rule the planet and lie compulsively.  And yes, their predecessors were behind the creation of the early United States.

And yes, they laugh in EVIL WAYS when they think people are discussing them, because they are sure that they are INCREDIBLY EVIL  -- as in, an evil that defies credulity, an evil that is so palpable, that people say, "no way, that's impossible, no one could be that diabolical."

then they drop depleted uranium all over Iraq because they can, because they consider non-whites less than human, worthless mud-coloured "useless eaters"  who can be tortured and killed to give the heavily trained SLAVES that represent the fighting force an outlet for their conditioned aggression.

things can get a lot worse if people don't do intelligent things. am i talking to myself?

i'm leaving a note.  if people do fail to do anything proactive,  if people do fail to do anything but behave exactly in the same way as those they seek to DEPOSE than things WILL get a lot worse. oh yes they can!

the entire planet could be reduced to the sort of misery that exists in India today, most people reduced to utter poverty beyond anything the United States is ready for.  And in India, at least people are used to it. It would be a lot uglier in the United States -- lots of guns and people who are used to being rich, and getting all the conveniences when they demand them. It's already begun.
