The same project resurfaced in the US under President Reagan, moved to the much larger budget of the Department of Defence, and called Star Wars.


I will  discuss the debate which raged over this phase of the plan.

By 1978, it was apparent to the US Military that communications in a nuclear hostile environment would not be possible using traditional methods of radio and television technology (Jane's Military Communications 1978).

The system contains six radio subsystems, created with visible light using a dark beam (not visible), resistant to the disruptions experienced by radio and television.

This plasma can become visible as smog or fog.

Some has a different charge than the sun's energy, and accumulates in places where the sun's energy is absent, like the polar regions in the winter.

When the polar spring occurs, the sun appears and repels this plasma, contributing to holes in the ozone layer. This military system is called: Ground Wave Emergency Network (GWEN).

And also it is ACTIVELY HEATING THE ATMOSPHERE...thus in December 2007 in Bali the &nited States rejected the world's call for the Kyoto Protocols -- because they are heating the Earth's atmosphere on PURPOSE to cause disasters.

Russia has the Sura ionospheric heating facility, in Vasilsursk near Nizhniy Novgorod, capable of transmitting 190 MW ERP.

i think and feel that it is important to realise at this time with the sensitivity and seriousness of the subject that yes, they HAVE murdered people who would have served for peace and enlightenment and replaced them with yes-men -- the disappearance of Paul Wellstone I have always found highly suspect.

yet Buddhi- is a root word meaning INTELLIGENT - -mentally gifted. compassion goes along with the territory -- and so it makes sense that people wishing to see a change should be able to have enough foresight and wisdom to out think and counterplan successfully...which is why I feel such pity for the N.E.S.A.R.A. people.
