from message posted today.  If one could tap into the energy of space, why would you have to store it?

If an item is new, why retrofit it into an existing device.  If you needed a PROOF OF CONCEPT, then build one.  Why make the final product a different way when you are not going to use it that way?

My point is, if you are trying to build a "generator", then build a generator, if you are going to build a recharger, then build a recharger, not a generator running a recharger (extra step in process).   This is a simplified example of my point.

As a project manager, the first question you have to ask: WHAT ARE MY REQUIREMENTS?

BTW, the MODERN hybrid/ELECTRIC CAR doesn't need to be plugged in/"recharged", it happens every time the vehicles brakes are applied.  Looks like stage 1 is complete before the door is even opened!

My point of all of this, you can make a device to make energy, how long does the device have to run before it has generated enough energy to replace the energy that it took to build!!!! PERIOD.

I really would think that if you wanted to really solve all of the energy problems, we would work an a duplicating machine, or machine that could take requirments and make it in a box within 24 hours.  You know, like Jetsons food and stuff.  Now that would save everything, a duplicating machine, that could duplicate itself, and again, and again......ah the beauty of scaleablility!!!

The can of worms has been in my mind for a while, and the top worm has told me the following:

WE already have access to free energy.  Who uses it is another question!
we ALREADY have access to free energy.  When it is used is another question!
we already HAVE access to free energy.  Where we use it is another question!
we already have ACCESS to free energy.  What we do with it is another question!

the point again, if we didn't have to move on a global scale, we wouldn't need global scaled devices.

Ask your city council how come the town you live in is ZONED the way that it is.  If you did work in the steel mill, would it even be possible to live within biking distance? Probably NOT!  If you live in a high rise in the city, foyo uwalk to work, or can you even live in the same building that you work in.  There may be residences in the building, but can one afford to live in the same building that houses the offices? PROBABLY NOT.

I would think that convincing people to live a simple life, working for the community, to produce for the community, would be far more satisfying than "SELLING" another device.
