Well, according to 4Winds at least. Here's the latest:

Gee...to go see a movie with my family or sit around waiting for this Nesara to be announced...hmmm...me thinks I'll pass on the waiting game and go enjoy life with what is REAL...

Another announcement is come and gone... However, there's an update:
[INSERT July 28, 2007, CREATOR GOD ATON: "So, when is the NESARA announcement? The noose is tightening on the evil Cabal, and the pressure is on the NESARA Mission team to GET THIS DONE BEFORE THE END OF JULY. They are scrambling to get it done, and have finally asked the Lighted Realms for help. I know they shall come through! Just know that it is a matter of freewill.]
We'll see what happens tomorrow (end of July).

August is also come and gone without any miracles, but September seems to be the right month according to the latest Bellringer's post:
"So, I say to all, take courage and be hopeful for marvelous things to shake your world in these remaining days of September, 2007."
