Hal, I wonder if Helena could be prevailed upon to contact her colleagues in whatever Star Ship is sitting over Australia and do something similar in the rain-making department for them. They are in a bad way down there and are, as I understand it, desperate for water as soon as possible. It probably hasn't occured to them to request Galactic assistance, but I am sure they'd be very grateful. Thank you.

And while the good Captain is about it, how about some drought-breaking rainfall for Somalia where thousands of men, women and children, plus their livestock, are dying. That is happening now! They are in serious trouble. If weather manipulation is so easy for our Galactic friends, then I ask, nay beg, that they do something to help these people. And soon. Nothing could do more to convince the vast majority of the Earth's uninformed population that ETs are here now and here to help us, not harm us.

Yes, I know, all these people who are dying all over the place "....had it in their soul contracts". It's just a shame they don't remember that bit when they are clutching their emaciated children and gasping their last breath..........

Actually, the answer did surprise me. I have not developed telepathic skills and, in fact, I struggle with the discipline of quieting the mind sufficiently for meditation. I am thus in awe of anyone who can ask questions. I find it interesting that Lavar commented that he has "finally learned to ask". I wonder what he did differently that he suddenly could do this? Or is it a matter of cumulative practice and at some point the skill just appears?

Here's another essay from Z.S. Livingstone on HAARP weather manipulation for inducing hurricanes, which the Dark combines with certain chemicals in chemtrails to attack "aetheric ice". This is fairly technical as Livingstone is a scientist, but it's interesting. Livingstone communicates and works with sylphs in addition to doing grounded group meditations.

Silver Iodide has been proven to decrease the size and wind speed of hurricanes since the 1960s by promoting rain especially when seeded to the outer bands of the storm. Such seeding cancels the charges on the water droplets too. There were chemtrails over Katrina but they did not include silver iodide. The chemtrails were to promote the growth of the storm to dangerous levels. Prayer brought about a shifting of the storm away from New Orleans. With later storms, prayer was effectively used to decrease the intensity of the winds. Prayer can be used to cancel electro-gravitic levitation. Visualization of clockwise vortices countering the storm's winds may work to this effect.**

We know the 2006 hurricane season was significantly less than was projected (planned) as there was a lot of intervention.

You know what they say, "Be very careful what you ask for!"
Since I requested of Lavar that Helena be asked to put out the word to her fellow Starship Captains to get a grip of the extreme weather we have been experiencing in various parts of the world - mainly debilitating droughts - there has been quite a reaction. It dawned to me, in retrospect, that, just possibly, our ET family, whilst knowing perfectly well what rain is, may not fully appreciate just how devastating a two-day deluge of the stuff can be. Sheffield, in the UK, has just received a whole month's worth of normal rainfall in less than 24 hours. Areas of the city are under water; a nearby 50 feet high dam is cracking to the extent that the population has been evacuated from downstream areas; nobody has ever seen rain like it, at least, not in the UK and that is saying something.
So, probably one needs to be a little more precise and circumspect when asking for "rain". I have learnt my lesson.
Incidentally, if anyone knows a technique for improving or even developing one's telepathic prowes, please speak now or forever hold your peace.

There's abundant evidence from the hidden governments' grav-levs and other advanced devices back engineered from crashed UFO's that other civilizations are significantly more technologically advanced than ours. There are many areas that off worlders can help us with. In fact, they're already here. Some entities are aligned with the dark and others are helping "us".

There's a difference between surrendering one's power to others in a prayer for rescue and in being able to let go of ego (I can do it all by myself) sufficiently to humbly ask for help.

Admittedly, it's not always easy to see the difference and I don't think, Organic that you were implying Earthling arrogance in your comment. We're just looking at the same subject from different angles and choice of words.

Including off worlders in the "field" of creation/reality is part of the unity we're moving toward in the current Mayan Calendar Galactic Underworld. The creation purpose of the Galactic is establishing ethicial considerations, truth and the end of external power over. The next and final underworld, starting February 10th, 2011 is the Universal. The Universal establishes Conscious Co-Creation. Each "day" and "night" of the Universal will run for 20 days.

Oh course there is abundant evidence of 'others' out there who are more technologically, medically etc advanced then us...I'm not refuting that...(and on a side note, being a fan of Star Trek and Stargate, I welcome the idea of 'others' out there who can help and assist us in certain areas)...however, I also know that ALL there IS is still encoded in the DNA of each and every one of us, no matter what our species or what part of the universe we come from...and that we, too, can learn anything in the blink of an eye,,,and there are those here now who have done just that...we're just all at different levels...

Well, for example, if you have read Sheldon Nidle's latest messages, you will notice how very SPECIFIC his messages have been lately...the time frame for our government's change over, plans for environmental cleanup...yada yada yada...oh, and my personal favorite...that we're ALL to ascend TOGETHER...no no no...I think not...no true messenger of light would ever speak like this...here's the kicker...best to use Anastasia to better say what I cannot...BEWARE of so called 'aliens' bearing messages of hope and SPECIFIC PLANS on HOW our so called 'NEW' earth will emerge...it is THEY who have their OWN agenda and it is WE who THEY hope can be lullled in to a deep sleep as they enforce their agenda while we're sucked into this "new' plan...be on guard...it is bad enough many are already asleep with our CURRENT earth issues...Nidle is as bad as Candace with her informing us of our 'deep sleep' thing she's shooting her mouth off about...never mind that she also wants everyone to be advised that 'no one will remember the experience'... Red flag...and too many SPECIFICS with Nidle...red flag, too.

I'm sure there is help waiting for us...but we are also at our OWN level here on OUR planet earth and we will emerge as a new planet exactly how and when we should...a little help is welcome...but BEWARE of the help offered by 'others' with their OWN agenda wrapped in a nice package complete with already specific itinerary...it simply doesn't work that way...FREE WILL COMES FIRST with the the loving guidance of 'others' who's intention is PURE LOVE and nothing else...not the gang buster approach by those like Candace and Nidle...this is why I like Matthew...no EGO, no fan fare, not specifics...because it is WE who are and will call the shots...and with help along the way from 'others' as WE see fit...

My thoughts...they're not directed toward anyone in particular...just 'thinking' into the ethers of space...

Which leads to the comment of organic's involving personal responsibilites...ALL OF OURS. When we all have accepted that it is the collective that is happening, we will make better choices. The choices that are being made right now are ones of ..."that isn't going to help." or "...come and save us!", or "So, what are you going to do about it?". We ALL are DOING SOMETHING about it, whether you like it or not. When we remove ourselves from it and Say "NOT MY PROBLEM", then the DOING is DONE BY OTHERS. Lets look at the state of the our Union. When we remove ourselves, we end up with HELP/DOING from others. Recall the day after the post for rain in Australia, a huge deluge of rain and flooding. Did the poster ask for that much? Doubtful. Could the poster have done something themselves? Doubtful. Could the poster have beleived that is they that had done SOMETHING/ANYTHING about rain? YES. Would it had made a difference? POSITIVELY! When is the break for Texas coming, or is anybody going to ask for that?

Careful what WE ask for.

Along the way, questions have been answered, and you knew that IT IS the answer. When after experiencing the answers, have the questions changed? MOST CERTAINLY YES.

The first is what can be percieved as a man in front of the TREE OF LIFE.

The second is a picture of what could be imagined as a being ascending.

The third is a picture of what could be growing spirit, or one in repair. Look at the treee and see how it is in its fall. know that if the leaves fall, the season is changing.

as you read my posts, it may seem that the english is broken. it is tough to communicate without the use of "I" or "MY" or "MINE". With that being said, the following statement is to clarify a previous post...

I have found that while on my journey, certain truths cannot be spoken. They have to be heard. I have realized that what I read cannot be told and understood by the listener. It has to be read. I have found that most of the time, a simple yes or no will suffice, as the rest of the sentance confuses or distorts the original communication.
