I don't know, they still look to me as if a balloon seller has accidentally let go his whole stock somewhere up-wind and is, even as we gawp at the "starfleet" passing serenely overhead, bitterly regretting his loss of profit for the week. The only saving grace is that these "fleets" of UFOs, spotted over London, Lima, Mexico City and various other locations, all bear an uncanny resemblance to each other. Mystifying. Wish I spoke Spanish. That senior air force officer seems fairly convinced, but I'm not sure what of! hmm

Forgive your enemies; nothing annoys them so much.

Be who you are and say what you feel; those who mind, don't matter and those who matter, don't mind.

In a nutshell, what the speakers say is that they don't know what it may have been but that the same thing happened back in '94 and '95 over Mexico, being this the first time for Peru.
