Communication with Helena, Commander of Starship Capricorn 11/30/09

Communication with Helena, Commander of Starship Capricorn.

Welcoming Helena.  My apologies. I am a few minutes late this
morning.  Are you still available?

Helena:  Good morning.  You do have a hard time of communicating
with me at the scheduled time.  However, I am still available and
have a message for you and your friends.

There will soon be a new government agency established, or
perhaps, reestablished, that will recognize the presence of alien
starships in your earth space.  That will be good.  It is
important that there be a better understanding of the existence
of aliens races who are currently assigned to earth to help
reduce the earth's atmospheric pollution.  If this is not to
happen, then there will be the sickness or death of many persons
who are sensitive to the level of atmospheric pollution.

You are to be commended for the effort that you are making to
help provide a new-energy technology to help provide electrical
energy without pollution.  We shall be pleased to do all we can
to help you.

We are expected to make some contact with earthlings and help
them to reduce the levels of atmospheric pollution.  We are
pleased that you are already working on that important task.  We
will help you.  As soon as you are back in full operation in your
laboratory, we will have two of our crew come and help you.  They
are anxious to work with you and are pleased at being selected
for that task.  That is my message for you this morning.  Do you
have any questions or comments?

Lavar:  Thank you dear Helena.  I am blessed to be able to have
these conversations with you.  Please let me know what I should
be doing to improve on the work that we have selected to
commercialize.  I look forward to your arrival and your help.  I
shall call on you tomorrow.
