Communication with Helena, Commander of Starship Capricorn 11/20/09

Communication with Helena, Commander of Starship Capricorn.
Welcoming Helena.  I am ready when you are.

Helena:  Good morning.  Thank you for being on time.  It is my
privilege to provide you and your friends with information about
the coming developments that will greatly affect your country
and, to some extent, the world.  There are other starships that
are assigned to your world, in addition to the Capricorn, which
is assigned to North America.  It is our privilege and our
assignment to do what we can to help clean up the earth's
atmosphere from the heavy pollution caused by the burning of
fossil fuels in millions of automobiles and trucks.  You are one
of the few who, at present, is fully aware of the atmospheric
pollution problems and the means by which this problem can be
gradually resolved.  You have been given technology, which when
fully developed, can be used to replace the burning of fossil
fuels in forthcoming electric-powered automobiles and trucks.

We will be available to help where we are asked to do so.  The
most important task for you and your friends is to let it be
fully understood that there is new-energy technology which can be
rapidly developed, manufactured, and employed to replace fossil-
fuel-burning engines.  It will take a dramatic demonstration of
this technology and that is one of your assignments for you to
accomplish as soon as possible.  We will do all we can to help
get the funds released so that you will have the funds for the
further development of this new-energy technology that taps into
space energy and provides electrical energy without pollution.
That is our message for you today.  Any questions or comments?

Lavar:  Thank you dear Helena.  No questions, just my
appreciation for your messages for me and my friends.  I shall
call on you Monday.
