Communication with Helena, Commander of Starship Capricorn 09/14/09

Communication with Helena, Commander of Starship Capricorn.
Welcoming Helena.  Dear friend, I am ready when you are.

Helena:  Good morning.  You are a bit early but I am available.
You are FINALLY being funded.  Now you can get back into full
operation in your Research and Development Laboratory.  I shall
be pleased to help you when called upon to do so.  You will have
the help of two of our crew when you are back in operation.  We
know that it will take a few days or a couple of weeks to get
your laboratory building purchased, equipment installed, staff
hired, etc.  However, we shall be available to help when you are
ready for and ask for our help.

There is much good that you are expected to be able to
accomplish, especially with our help.  I am very pleased that you
are able to communicate with me.  As promised, I shall provide
two of our crew to help you in your development efforts.  It is
very important to us, in the completion of our assignment from
the Galactic Federation, to be able to have technology developed
to reduce the outpouring of carbon dioxide into Mother Earth's
atmosphere.  Your new-energy technology is similar to what we use
aboard this starship and aboard our shuttles.  Tapping into the
vast energy of space is a very important change in the way your
country and, eventually your world, will produce and distribute
energy.  That is my message for you this morning.  Do you have
any questisons for me?

Lavar:  Dear Helena, what can I do to help remove the barriers to
your shuttles being able to come-and-go in peace in our
atmosphere?

Helena:  There is not much that you can do.  However, there are
some dramatic changes that, as we understand, will soon transpire
in your nation's capitol.  Some of those changes should lead to
the removal of the orders to your Air Force to try to shoot down
our shuttles.

Lavar:  Thank you dear Helena.  I shall call on you tomorrow.
