Communication with Helena, Commander of Starship Capricorn.
Welcoming Helena. Dear Helena, I am on time this morning.
Helena: Good morning. Thank you for being on time. That is a
compliment to me. I do have a message for you this morning. Our
sources of information tell us that the funds that you are to
receive are in banks in the United States and will soon be sent
to Canada. Your Canadian friend will then wire the funds to your
corporation's bank account. You will soon have the funds to get
back into full operation in your laboratory.
Much good is expected from what you do with those funds. As you
know, you have been selected to help provide a new-energy
technology for your country. Two of our crew will be coming to
help you in your laboratory when you get back into full
operation. You will be pleased at the results of our efforts to
help you. The time it will take for the development of a proper
commercial prototype will be greatly lessened with the help that
you will receive. It is not that you are not capable of
developing this new-energy technology, it is just that a better
development can be accomplished with our help and be done in a
shorter time period. It is important for us to get this new-
energy technology in widespread use in your country. Currently,

earth's atmosphere. That has to be changed or there will be much
more illness, especially among those in large cities where so
many automobiles and trucks are pouring out pollution into the

that I am not doing - to help bring about the new-energy
Helena: Just be a bit more patient. You will soon be funded and
become a very busy persons in getting your laboratory back in
full operation. You had better determine if the laboratory
