Communication with Helena, Commander of Starship Capricorn 08/10/09

Communication with Helena, Commander of Starship Capricorn.
Welcoming Helena.

Helena:  Good morning.  You are right on time and that is
appreciated.  There is some good news for you and your friends.
You will soon be funded.  The bank documents will finally be
released and a few of those who are receiving their funds, after
many months, will be investing in your company.  Then you will
have sufficient funds to get back into full operation in your
laboratory.  That is the good news for you this morning.

There will be some dramatic changes soon to happen in your
government.  There will be a return to constitutional government.
Then you will have greater prosperity that will come to your
nation.  There will be more jobs, more opportunities for being
hired or being advanced in your company's activities.  That will
be good news for many.

Some of the funds that you are expecting can be used to equip
your laboratory, hire your staff, and get back into the further
development of your new-energy technology.  We shall be pleased
to have two of our crew come and work with you in your laboratory
so that the development of your device will be better than
without their help.  As you have been told, the technology that
you have been given, to tap into the vast energy of space and
provide electrical energy, is very similar to the space-tapping
technology we use to provide the energy to operate our spaceship
and our shuttles.  You will be pleased at the help that you will
receive.  It will hasten and improve the development of a
commercial version of your new-energy device.  That is my message
for you this morning.  Any questions or comments?

Lavar:  Thank you dear Helena.  I am blessed to be able to
converse with you.  I shall welcome the coming funds so that I
can get back into full operation in our laboratory.  I will
welcome the coming of your two crew members to help us.
