Communication with Helena, Commander of Starship Capricorn.
Welcoming Helena.

Helena:  Good morning.  Thank you for being on schedule.  There
are great events that are, finally, transpiring in your
government that will release the funds that have been withheld
for so many years.  These so-called prosperity funds are
sufficient to enable the recipients to be able to greatly help in
restoring economic vitality to your United States.  I am now
quite sure that events in your government will soon allow for the
release of the funds.  However, it is my understanding that with
the release of those funds, there will also come the resignations
of your president and vice-president.  It will be a new
government that will, hopefully very soon, release the orders to
your Air Force to try to shoot down our shuttles.  That will be
the culmination of long-delayed events that will enable us to
come and visit with you, and many others, and help in the
development of your important energy technology.

It is way past time that we should be able to come-and-go freely
and be doing those things that will help restore the earth's
atmosphere to a much better condition for the lives and health of
many animals and humans.  It will not be long now and we shall be
able to begin our service to Mother Earth and to benefit all
mankind.  As you have been told, there are other starships that
are assigned to other parts of Mother Earth.  All of them have
ben given the same command to reduce the levels of atmospheric
pollution.  We are pleased that you have been aware of that
problem and that you are actually working on a new technology
that will provide energy without atmospheric pollution.  Our two
crew members will soon, we hope, be able to come and help you in
your new laboratory.  It will not take you and them very long to
develop a commercial version of a new-energy device that will
help reduce atmospheric pollution.  However, I have given you
much this same message before.  All I can say is that it appears
that it will be soon now and we will be with you.  That is my
brief message for you this morning.  Do you have any questions
for me?

Lavar:  Thank you dear Helena.  I am pleased to be in
communication with you each week-day morning.  It is my
understanding that the members of the G-7 who are meeting in
Washington, D.C. will be able to release the orders to the banks
to withhold the distribution of the bank documents.  Do you
foresee any problems that can prevent the release of those bank
documents?  It does appear to me that the G-7 must have great
financial powers.

Helena:  I believe that you are correct.  The G-7 has no direct
control over politicians, however, they do have the potential to
exercise great control over banks and over the funds that are so
important to any government agency.  It is my judgement that they
will be able to make great progress in having the release of the
bank documents to the many recipients.
