Welcoming Helena. 

Helena:  Good morning.  Thank you for your daily contacts with
me.  It will not be long now and there will be some dramatic
changes in your government which will lead to our being able to
finally have our fly-overs and the landing of one of our shuttles
in your valley.

We are strongly and consistently interested in being allowed to
show ourselves and to show that we are alien to your planet and
to show that we are friendly aliens.  With the fly-overs and the
landings there will be a great deal of information that will,
finally, be published and there will be assurance that we exist.
The denial by your government will be ended and the fact that we
are friendly aliens will soon be accepted. 

There is much that we can do and are assigned to do to help
Mother Earth.  As you have been told many times, we are assigned
primarily to help clean up Mother Earth's atmosphere.  The great
increase in carbon dioxide and other polluting gases into the
atmosphere is beginning to have a serious health effect on those
who are more sensitive to these polluting gases.

We are pleased that you are aware of these problems and that for
several years you have been raising funds and using the funds to
develop new-energy technology that can replace the burning of
fossil fuels.  We shall soon be with you to help you in that
great endeavor.  It is with great pleasure that we are also able
to communicate with you each weekday morning.  Do you have any
comments or questions for me, this morning.

Lavar:  Thank you dear Helena.  It is a great privilege to
converse with you each weekday morning.  I shall be most pleased
to welcome your shuttle landing in our valley.  Is there anything
that I can do to help prepare the way for your fly-overs and
landings?

Helena:  I appreciate that you are willing to help.  However, you
are doing a good job in getting my messages to you distributed to
others.  That is important to us.  We desire that as many as
possible understand our position:  that we are alien to your
planet, that we are assigned by the Galactic Federation to help
clean up Mother Earth's polluted atmosphere, and that we also can
be called upon to help in many other ways by the use of our
advanced technology.  However, as you have been told, we will do
nothing to help in the preparation or distribution of weapons of
any kind.

Lavar:  Thank you dear Helena.  I shall be highly pleased to have
your shuttles be seen and made known to the population of our
country.  I shall be pleased to welcome your crew members when
they come to help us in our laboratory.  I shall be with you
tomorrow.
